Types of Search
Object titles and film titles are listed in both their original language and English and German (via scientific transliteration).
The Objects Search includes several options.
You can search for documents related to one film.
Example: Search for all documents related to “Kinoglaz”
You can search by classification or type of the document.
Example: Search for all “posters”
You can look for documents in certain languages.
Example: Search for “Russian”
The chapter Films: Overview alphabetically lists films by and about Dziga Vertov; the number of documents solely or primarily related to the film
in question is given in brackets.
The Scans chapter provides all digitised documents that can currently be browsed. Further scans will be submitted on a continuous basis.
