#kommraus. Public Space, Films and Music

Film has been capturing the changes in the urban landscape for more than a century. At the same time, fiction films have been developing their own, imaginary Vienna: as an ideal, kitsch or distorted version of the real city.

At the end of the "I-Media-Cities" project and as a teaser for an autumn program with a special focus on Vienna, we invite you to an evening of films, music and ideas. We will show a number of varied, sometimes surprising and unusual, visions of the city in order to reflect on our own ideas about Vienna's past and future.

Free entry / The event is part of #kommraus – Forum Öffentlicher Raum, in which citizens can discuss current proposals for the future of the city and participate in the "Öffentlicher Raum" project.
