Withdrawal from your contract

You may withdraw from the contract you have concluded with us online via our online shop within 14 days without giving any reason.

You can easily submit your notice of withdrawal online using the button below. By clicking on 'Confirm withdrawal,' you are submitting a binding notice of withdrawal.

In the case of memberships and when purchasing a 10-ticket pass, the right of withdrawal may expire early if the benefits of the associated service have been used immediately.

What happens next?

You will receive immediate confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail.
If you have received any goods, please return them to us within 14 days. The cost of returning the goods is to be borne by the customer.
We will refund all payments made during the ordering process in accordance with the statutory requirements.
