Film Museum on Location:
at the Berlinale
On February 11 the Austrian Film Museum will premiere a new restoration of Fedor Oceps The Living Corpse / Živoj trup (1929) at the Berlin International Film Festival. The project was carried out in collaboration with the Deutsche Kinemathek and is part of the festival’s retrospective “The Red Dream Factory”. The Living Corpse is only one of many contributions that the Film Museum has made to the retrospective, thanks to its long tradition of safeguarding and researching Soviet cinema.
