VIENNALE at the Film Museum 2026

Tickets are available exclusively at the Viennale box offices, via telephone at
01/526 594 769 (10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily, credit card payment) or online via www.viennale.at.

From October 23, a Viennale box office will be set up in the Film Museum foyer. Locations and opening hours of other Viennale box offices can be found at www.viennale.at.

No reservations and no late admission after the start of the screenings accepted for all events from October 23 to November.

ADVANCE TICKET SALE FROM OCTOBER 17

Tickets will be available from the Viennale presale box offices or the website www.viennale.at for all screnings including those of the retrospecive until November 3.

FILM MUSEUM MEMBERS

will receive their usual discount for tickets to the retrospective (does not apply online) and discounted tickets for all films shown at the Viennale:
 
Single ticket: €10.50 (instead of €11.50)
Min. 10 tickets: €10 (instead of €11)
Min. 20 tickets: €9.50 (instead of €10.50)
 
For members of the Austrian Film Museum, admission to the screening of the retrospective on the first day of the festival (October 23) is free of charge. These free tickets can be collected on October 23 from the Viennale box office at the Film Museum.

From October 23 to November 3, tickets can only be purchased or reserved online at www.filmmuseum.at 

You can also purchase the following online:
  • New memberships and membership renewals
  • Film Museum 10-ticket passes
  • Books, DVDs, T-shirts, vouchers, posters, postcards, bags, and much more.

The Viennale is not a partner of the "Hunger auf Kunst und Kultur" initiative. "Kulturpass" holders will receive free tickets at the box office of the Film Museum from November 4.
